Registration fees
- Normal – early bird (until 15 may): 225 euro
- Student – early bird (until 15 may): 150 euro
- Artist waiver: 0 euro (limited and reviewed via abstract submission, more info here)
- Normal: 275 euro
- Student: 175 euro
- Volunteer: 0 euro (not available via registration site)
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation on or before May 31st (2022): 100% of the registration fee is eligible for refund, with the exception of a € 20 handling fee.
- Cancellation after May 31, (2022): 50% of the registration fee is eligible for refund, with the exception of a € 20 handling fee.
- No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after July 15, (2022) or in the case of not participating.
In case of a VSAC cancellation due to a new pandemic, war or other apocalyptic event, we will reimburse all costs after subtracting the cost that have already been made.
