The registration site is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aanmelder.nl\/132224\/\">https:\/\/www.aanmelder.nl\/132224\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Registration fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Normal &#8211; early bird (until 15 may): 225 euro<\/li><li>Student &#8211; early bird (until 15 may): 150 euro<\/li><li>Artist waiver: 0 euro (limited and reviewed via abstract submission, more info <a href=\"https:\/\/vsac2022.tudelft.nl\/?page_id=19\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"19\">here<\/a>)<\/li><li>Normal: 275 euro<\/li><li>Student: 175 euro<\/li><li>Volunteer: 0 euro (not available via registration site)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Cancellation on or before May 31st (2022): 100% of the registration fee is eligible for refund, with the exception of a \u20ac 20 handling fee.<\/li><li>Cancellation after May 31, (2022): 50% of the registration fee is eligible for refund, with the exception of a \u20ac 20 handling fee.<\/li><li>No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after July 15, (2022) or in the case of not participating.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of a VSAC cancellation due to a new pandemic, war or other apocalyptic event, we will reimburse all costs after subtracting the cost that have already been made. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration is now open.
